Have you always wanted to write songs? Or have you written songs, but want to get better? Do you want to know what to do once you’ve completed your song? Songwriter Sandy McKnight will discuss song structure, recording, publishing, licensing, and other topics related to music and songwriting, and offer song critiques to the first five registrants. This is a great chance to learn the ropes from a professional songwriter.

Sandy McKnight is a veteran songwriter whose songs you may have heard on TV or in movies. He has taught a songwriting workshop at Hudson Valley C.C. for 14 years, and also produces music festivals, conferences and concerts.
